Certainly minimalist. Personally I might have found it more interesting if the foreground were not brightly lit and I could see just a bit more of that solitary silhouetted person (I think it's a person) in the house.

Too dark on top and too bright on the bottom. A very long exposure without the flash may have shown some stars in the sky or something more interesting.

Ah! I love it!!! Very fresh and original. I can see the building although on a lot of monitors it won't show up. 10 from me.
