Pretty building. Image is a bit over processed. Notice the bluish halo/fringing at the edge of the dome. Also some noise in the tree at the right edge of the image.

Maybe shift the cropping a little to get less grassy foreground and more sky. As currently cropped, the image feels a little cramped at the top. Nice shadows coming off the stones.

Since there's little color in this shot anyway, you might consider converting this to black & white to enhance the drama of the shadow. Image is a little blurry. Did you use a tripod?
