Definitely like the car. Don't like the crop(why so much empty foreground?). Why is this photo b/w? I don't see how that could have possibly enhanced it any, unless the car is an ugly primer gray(never seen a Ferrari that wasn't colorful.)

It seems you had a good idea with this photo. I'm guessing you were trying to compare, in a certain way, the dandelion to the clouds? I like the simplicity of the shot.
It's obvious, as many people noted, this picture is overprocessed. You can tell from the graininess of the sky. What were you trying to correct? Whatever it was, you need to try to correct it with your technique, not an editing program.

It's not usually a good idea to place your subject in the center of the frame, it makes for a little too much simplicity. Try observing the "Rule of Thirds" in photos like this one.

I hope my comments will be of some help, that's all I intend. Photography has a learning curve, like anything.
