Great job! Nice colors, and a very pretty photo. However, a water shot, or even a shoreline shot, does not always mean 'beach' in my opinion. And meeting the challenge, to me, is the first and most important thing, if that isn't done, then anything else is unimportant. Doesn't mean it's not a beautiful and creative shot, because in this case, it absolutely is! I do love it! I went back and forth on how to score your pic, but I do vote low for those that I don't think meet the challenge, so to be consistant, I am voting this lower than I want for the reasons stated above.

Great job! What an interesting angle for this shot, and the colors and movement are very intense indeed! I liked the shot, but it seems that it's a bit flat and could have been a bit more saturated to bring out that color of the water and sky. Has alot of potential for greatness, but now, just average.

Great job! The colors do seem to be a bit washed out, needing some processing to saturate it a bit more. Just a bit. I also think that I'd remove the people, and just leave the umbrellas, but that's for advanced editing. The horizon doesn't seem to be very straight in this either, tipping a bit to the right. I do like the shot, and you met the challenge's theme perfectly. I just can't score it as highly as I'd like.

Great job! This is an exceptional photo, with so much going on. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, as are the colors. The sun hitting the ground behind the house in contrast to the shadowed foreground is very nice! As is the sky reflected off the surface of the water. The sky is beautiful also, as are the mountains. Great job! I love this pic, the agedness of the boat. I just wish there was a little more definition to the water, it just seems to be lost. It could equally be floating on a cloud as it is sitting in water, and I'd like to see that a little more clarified. Maybe just overprocessed. The sky color is pretty though.

I'm raising my original score from a 4 to a 6.

Great job! The colors are shocking, and the contrast of colors between the rocks in the foreground and the water/sky/mountains in the background is phenomenal. However, there were a couple of things that knocked this photo way down for me. First, the sky appears to be very blotchy. Not processed well, or overprocessed.
