Great job! Deserves technical merit. An outstanding action shot, they look like they are hanging in mid-air. The shadows behind them on the rock adds alot to the photo. However, a water shot, or even a shoreline shot, does not always mean 'beach' in my opinion. And meeting the challenge, to me, is the first and most important thing, if that isn't done, then anything else is unimportant. Doesn't mean it's not a beautiful and creative shot, because in this case, it absolutely is! I do love it! I went back and forth on how to score your pic, but I do vote low for those that I don't think meet the challenge, so to be consistant, I am voting this lower than I want for the reasons stated above.

Great job! What beautiful colors. Just a hint of the afternoon sun on the driftwood makes it interesting, as does the sky reflecting in the shallow water. Also, the hint of green on the cliff is pretty. Upping the score that I gave you originally from a 4 to a 7.

Great job! Nice use of color, and the light coming through the depths of the water in streaks of light is very nice, as is the way that the light dances on the skin of the diver. Great job! Captures a joy that only kids can experience, and then only rarely in this day and age. Not quite as sharp as I'd like to see it, but I love the use of light and color. Giving this a 5.

Great job! Nice colors, although not bright like a Caribbean beach would be, this works very nicely. Great motion and violence coming off of the water, although in places, looks a little streaky in the post-processing job. Giving it a 5.
