Composition, color and lighting are good. Your image compliments the dish and makes it look delicious. Technical quality good. Generally speaking soft focus in the foreground, though not bad, is not as effective as it is in the background. This image is pushing that limit a bit. Many viewers will want to see the foreground piece in sharp focus and may find that a distraction as well as the included dish in the lower right corner.

Composition and perspective are fine. Nothing is overexposed. The contrast is a little weak and there appears to be a distracting lighting effect just to the left of the pan at the top. The stain on the bottom of the pan does not add much positive to the overall effect.

Nice capture of steam rising from the bread. Tt looks piping hot and delicious. There is an unfortunate edge effect perhaps caused by backlighting the center of the slice but an otherwise great picture.

A different(and good) variation to the recipe theme. You might be able to do better with the perspective of the shot, though. If there were some way to get lower down and make the foreground dish much larger in the frame and then have the the vendor soft focused overlooking it in the background then it may be a more interesting composition. This angle has a snapshot look to it.

Unsure if I feel the topping on the plate should be in sharper focus or not but this is a very well composed shot. A good food image should look delicious and this certainly does! Think I'll go get something to eat. :)

Good looking pie. The technical aspecyts of the picture like focus, color and lighting are nicely done. The background tends to blend in with the pie crust which makes it harder to distinquish. This would be an even better image if a slice were cut from the pie to show how delicious the filling is.
