I love flowers. Not much done with this to raise it above the ordinary, but it do look good. The little bud helps a lot, but otherwise more needs to be done with the composition, I think. Beware of subjects in the center...

Nice piece of artwork, with the colour and composition. Technically impressive. Looks a bit more like a study than a portrait though, by which I mean that it's more about the artist than about the model. I think it would be improved by losing/blurring anatomical detail under the veil, or it may be that you've lost too much in the whiting out of the exposed flesh.
Still impressed by the colour and the graphic strength.

Very well done. Beautiful lighting arrangement and all the rest to get a Dutch master effect. As a portrait, maybe all the other stuff that's going on in the picture detracts from the subject and the handling and presentation of her. Either way it's a lovely picture and superbly done.

Photography is many things, maybe, but a portrait's a portrait and this one is most remarkable for the way in which the camera and the subject seem to have come to an agreement - made a deal - and it's a good one.

Magnificently bold composition. What can you do with hair like that? If you have it, flaunt it. Importantly, the subject is up to it. There is a strength of personality that is apparently quite capable of supporting this manner of portrayal. I would like to have seen the rest of the necklace and a little less dead space above the head, but you got the lateral placement right IMO.
