without a driverby betelgeuseComment: You could have cheated by putting a model car on a blurred background picture. Heh. I assume you didn't. 5 |

Tensiesby denileighComment: Lovely abstract sort of something in which I see neither motion nor panning. 3 |

Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!by hajekaComment: How very odd. The train would appear to be heading in the direction of the blur, which fits with the title but is sort of contrary to the idea of eyes following objects and blurs remaining in their wake. Gotta have 6 for getting the engine so pin-sharp though. |

Dance trioby natalka9Comment: I think the idea is that the moving things should be clear and the static things blurred. 3 |

Raising the Iron Curtainby raishComment: Since the Reaganomic dollar won the cold war, Eastern Europe has been freed from its erstwhile oppression. This means that enterprising ciizens can take girls to Oslo and employ them as prostitutes. It's very likely that this is one such girl and that there is little or no volition involved in her being there. She didn't want me to take the picture, either. That's sort of why I didn't enter it - also because dpc is supposed to be a family site . . .
Many thanks for the feedback though, it was better than the entry for sure. |

The 13th Day...the aftermath.by annependletonComment: Reading your notes explains how effectively you have captured the mood. Kudos - right on the money. There there :)
Maybe you shouldn't have taken this, because when you look back you only remember the fun.
Anyway, truly excellent picture. |
