This image doesn't work for me; the motion panning is lost on my eyes, and I would have liked to have seen it with more contrast. As for what's here, it evoked a feeling of a foggy wartime beach scene in my mind, even once I realized they were jacks, and the composition is nice, even if the image is not technically very strong.

huh?

I don't think this is quite Motion Panning.

Motion Panning?
01/21/2007 05:34:02 PM
I;m not sure I understand this one.

Motion Panning - where?
01/20/2007 10:00:20 PM
this is just bizarre. i really get no sense of motion, whatsoever.
01/20/2007 08:29:34 PM
Sorry, I dont get it
01/20/2007 12:47:32 PM

There doesn't seem to be sufficient panning here. Just fuzzy jacks.
01/19/2007 02:26:30 AM
It's not real clear what this is. I don't really get a sense of motion. It just looks blurry.

01/18/2007 02:16:09 PM

01/17/2007 10:54:34 PM

What is going on? Is there panning? Is there motion? Is something on fire?
01/17/2007 03:05:52 PM
Lovely abstract sort of something in which I see neither motion nor panning. 3

Try as I might I'm struggling to get this one. I think I'd have liked to have seem some point of "focus" to the image. I find the whole thing too distracting.
01/17/2007 02:01:46 PM
I'm sorry - I just don't know what these are and the title doesn't help me. It's hard to say if it conveys 'motion panning' if you can't make out what the subject is.
01/17/2007 01:43:21 PM
I can't imagine how this is motion panning.
01/17/2007 11:09:48 AM

i'm sorry, i can't vote on this image, i don't really see what it represents - is too abstract. I don't really see a panning effect.
01/17/2007 02:54:03 AM
maybe its my monitor but i can not make out the photo subject at all, If i was to take away the challenge name whould i know what the photo was trying to convey? no is the answer. i would try to put a little more into the set up and execution of you photographs instead of trying to think outside the box too much.

sorry
01/17/2007 01:40:57 AM
Sorry, but I really don't get this. I know what the subject it, but I can't work out the MP part. Also, it just doesn't make for a particularly interesting image. Sorry.
01/17/2007 01:06:49 AM
Sorry...this doesn't appear to be panning to me
01/17/2007 12:55:04 AM
In the fog, too?
