inner (or outter) self-contentmentby NicNic101Comment: So you're a next to next door neighbour. You're looking good. This is disturbingly real looking. That might put people off thinking of it as 'peace', but disturbing doesn't exclude peace, so it's peacefully real. Thanks. |

Sleep tightby kashiComment: This picture is beautiful. Wide open to dpc mockery, for sure, but it has to be the way it is to be what it is.
As usual, the 'I can't see' comments say at least as much about the eye and the beholder as they do the beheld.
I wanna be reborn and go to sleeeeeep! |

Symbol of Peaceby SquishyBComment: As I understand it, this is the national symbol of a country whose privately owned arms industry has more influence than its elected representatives. |

Day1: shooesby booboo_goonComment: Don't stop there.
If you want to mess around with lighting when you don't have any (I mean, when you're not using studio lighting) then reflective surfaces such as white walls or windows (if you're outside) can get you a little bit of fill light in the shadows. If you're really up to it then you can wield portable reflective surfaces like white cards and mirrors . . .
Or not . . . |

Artisan Potato-Scallion Breadby Bear_MusicComment: I gave this 9, which is more than I gave anything else and I gave a lot of threes out for this challenge. Looking through the field, it seems that the texture and colour of bread are difficult and elusive. Maybe your 'plain jane processing' comment could provide a clue :-)
You're welcome to pop in for coffee at the indignation and disillusionment society cantine. |
