This is the image I was 'reduxing':



I was obviously going on the most basic of deja vu - that is in concept alone (a photo of a feather), though I tried to incorporate the wispy feathers & some semblance of color influence.

Excellent clarity in the drop, beautiful colors, and the composition really leads my eyes around. It reminds me of this and this . Your entry is my favorite of these overall.

I prefer more color contrast, but that is just me. Nice focus on the water drop.

yikes, there are a lot of pictures with this title - I found it though. I like that you managed to still use greens and blues like in the original, but make it look good. composition is great, I like that you got good sharpness on the drop and softness on the rest. the only nitpick is that I'm not so fond of the rusty brown color... everything is is perfect

Took a little hunting to find but I assume you are going for this

This is beautiful shot, but not very close to the original... like my entry ;-)
