You might want to try not pressing the shutter button. You can buy a remote shutter release for very little money. Just a thought.

This is actually my Sigma being used. This was a taken a few days before getting the 100mm.

I always use a tripod when shooting macros. I also use a remote shutter and lock up the mirror. Even the smallest of movements blows the shallow focus. Windy days are hopeless macro days.
