Is that a smile? Perfect image for spring. A little more saturation in the sky would be nice, but I imagine that's about the shade it actually was. I'm not sure a square crop really works here, but the diagonal is great. Nice work.

I really like the pattern of all that 'gator skin. Any chance of getting much, much closer? :-)

High impact shot. Very nice closeup work - good and sharp, and the open shade makes really nice portrait light. Well done.

You're on the right track with this. I love the way they're all looking out at me. Couple of suggestions, if I may. First of all, a little + gamma adjustment might bring out some detail in the dark areas of the cows. A little fill flash would have worked, too. Also, the composition isn't working for me. Having the horizon right in the center makes for a very static feel. You might have gotten closer and lower to the ground to give the cows a more looming look. Shooting through the fence would have rid the image of that distraction, too.

Eeerie. Good stuff. Is this inverted, or a channel mix?

Pretty tiny alright. A little on the fuzzy side, as well. Any chance of getting closer without being eaten?

What a great frog! The lighting, on the other hand, is... er... rather craptacular - very direct and hard. If you have to use flash due to lighting conditions, it's much better to diffuse it somehow by bouncing or holding a piece of thin paper in front of the reflector.

Interesting. If it were mine, I'd crop some more off the left side and increase the contrast. Posting larger would help, also. With the screen resolution set to 1600X1200, your image is about 2" tall.

The color isn't doint much for you here. Probably would have more impact as a high-contrast B/W image - lots of nice texture to work with. I like that you've included behavior and habitat in the image. Nice work.

The best of the bushy-tailed-rats by far. That must be a heck of a lens. Well done!
