I am having flashbacks of my life previous. 17 years of kitchen life took a long time to leave the forefront of my brain. Nice captures here. I would love to be able to go back into the kitchens I worked in just to take pictures. Just out of curiosity - what is the Master Chefs name? I have worked with a couple of them in the past.
