 Harry Potter book on my sewing table (OK, so it's not really a coffee table, but I drink coffee there), with a piece of whiteboard behind to block the mess that's back there. Converted to B&W using channel mixer, then grayscale, then quadtone.

Lovely shot. Great DOF and the slight sepia b&w tones work very well. Clean and simple. Back to bump you up to 9. One of my favorites in the challenge.
