This may be an important event, and the people here may be important, but this does not convey much more than a quick snap-shot. Was this really the best photo you took all year? Not trying to be mean, but to a viewer who does not have any perspective as to what is going in this shot, it does not make a good impression.

I'm not sure what your subject is supposed to be. If it is the sunset, you waited a little too late for that since almost all of the colors are gone. Otherwise, this is a dark and uninteresting shot. If you are trying to capture something in the water or tree line, a longer exposure would have helped. Also, I don't see the relevance of you title.
