#2 Woodby vontomComment: Thomas, I never got a chance to vote in this challenge, however this shot stuck out for me! Contrary to all the comments having the ball sitting "up" denotes Action to me,its part of the game of golf, and golf is a sport (my favorite)
As far as the ball in focus or a getting a little more detail on it is totally possible without more shots. I see that your f stop or aperture was set on 2.8, if this were higher on your 20D like f22 or higher your depth of feild will be deeper and a lot more detail will come out in the ball as well as the grass behind the club,of course you'll have to compensate with a longer/slower shutter speed to get the correct exposure
I like how the club is sitting down in the grass ( just as a 3 wood should) thats how they're designed. The card for the sky was very creative I'm going to try that on a cloudy day..keep up the good work and don't worry too much about comments I think we all get them from people who just don't know. |

Camera Phoneby ibkcComment: Wow well done! That has to be a 30D with a battery pack...good idea!the cell phone will be hard on batteries...an 8 from me. The light seems a little flat and DOF is a little shallow for my taste, but being that your 30d is in the shot you may not have had much choice.Great idea |

Jungle Catby Len ScapComment: I guess this placed 32nd because of the environment?? I had some comments about the jungle. I guess people don't know that these guys Do live in the jungle. This is definitely taken in this cats natural environment about 400yds inland from the Carribean coast.Oh well..I really like this shot and its my highest score yet, Thanks for all your great Comments Message edited by author 2007-01-29 01:19:42. |

high-speed callerby Len ScapComment: This photo was taken in Mexico while visiting there... it blew me away that he was dialing the phone.
I had to get the photo in and made the mistake of editing on my laptop... with a huey mind you... however on any LCD it looks quite blown out. I should have just left it as captured.... it likely would have made the top ten.
Thank you for all of your comments,
