 Almost no editing.. Last minute idea. I got out an old cell phone and gutted it for the keys, then crazy glued them to my 30D. I was going to pop the keys back off after i got through, but I think I\'ve decided to leave them on there. It was taken with a friend\'s (svt_geek) Canon Rebel XT.

man this has to be one of the highest scores with that many DNMC comments. funny shot and clever idea. maybe one day people will lighten up a bit:)

Great Idea, you now have one heck of a camera phone!!! I think I've seen a prototype of the XT/350D with a built-in cellphone a while ago. Their ideas was for photojournalists who wish to sent their photographs to the headquarter right after the shots are taken.

Ha! Thanks for the explanation. I think you should, indeed, leave them on.

Then go hang out with other photographers and grin while they try to figure out what special model 30D you own. :)

Way to be creative! This one is not only creative and imaginative, but technically fabulous. The buttons on the camera are very convincingly real. Good sharp, clean image.

While this certainly a very clever photo, I don't see how it relates to the challenge in depicting a person using a cell phone.

Wow well done! That has to be a 30D with a battery pack...good idea!the cell phone will be hard on batteries...an 8 from me. The light seems a little flat and DOF is a little shallow for my taste, but being that your 30d is in the shot you may not have had much choice.Great idea

Yeah the face plate pops off and the buttons come out and then you stick em on your dlsr.... cute.
