Very cool picture. I like the different perspective on the flower, with more emphasis on the stem. I find that the DOF is a little too narrow. I would have liked to see more of the petals in focus, especially the closest ones. The flower on the blue background is great. As is your border. I am not a border fan, but that one works really well.

Why did you make the pic so small in size (83K). You got some very pronounced jpeg artifacts happening. It is too bad. Composition is nice though. Lighting could be a little better.

Very nicely done. Nice colours, and composition is perfect. It almost looks like an upside down sunset, since you have almost no sky, and the sky is reflecting on the sand. Some people will surely criticize the glare on the sand, but I think it works. I would have done it that way too.

Very nice composittion. The lines just lead you up the hill. That old tree on the far right might have made a better central background. Don't know if that was possible.
