Self-Imageby scottieprecordComment: I think people really enjoy photos that give them a view of the world that they might not necessarily be able to get themselves, therefore I think this photo will struggle due to that reason alone. In terms of the photo, the lighting is excellant, tonal balance great and the image is quite sharp. |

Railsby lunixComment: Simple lines are good, isn't really the most appealing photograph though, maybe trying to get some DOF or changing the angle to add impact. Also the black blob in the top left is a bit off putting |

Icy Blueby KathycComment: I really like the blue for cold duotones, the image is clean but I think there is too much going on to make this a special image. The complicated branches and loads of ice ultimately make this too busy, maybe a different angle using the ice against the lake only would work better |

Curvatureby BillyBeeComment: Nice shapes, too small though to get true impact, this photo can be almost double the size. |

Luminescent Morningby pineappleComment: Nice clean image, I think to make the most out of duotones, good tonal range across the whole image is essential. So I think this is one of those photos where nothing is wrong, it just isn't the most exciting image and the silohettes don't achieve that tonal range. |

azaleaby belinhaComment: A really, really small photo and you've put a border on it. The large the photo the more the impact, especially at DPC. Looks like it could be a nice photo the tone appears to be really good and the leaves look like they are framing the flower nicely. Although it is really hard to make much out. |

go on or give upby gazdiComment: Not very pleasing to the eye, I can sort of make out something on the wood, but not enough to form an opinion about it. The image is very blurry and noisy. |

Everlasting peaceby micaComment: Nice choice of duotone colour, great capture. I personally think the image should be rotated slightly to make the chair straight, I'm a stickler for order! |
