The Dearborn Canyonby EastKentGoldingComment: Great use of lines and the vanishing point. I love how the buildings have such repitition in them, and that crooked line of parked cars! Well done. |

Ice skating under Rembrandt's watchful eyeby AzrifelComment: I don't know that I would have chosen black and white for this shot (then again, I didn't see a color version). With all of the lines in the background it almost looks more like scaffolding at first glance rather than an old building. Still, its a fun shot of life in the city. Well captured. |

Evening Bustleby docurrieComment: Love the well defined thirds in this shot and the warm tones. The lights seem a bit bright and fuzzy for me (except the one that is burnt out of course). Well done! |

Government in the Gutterby ShannonLeeComment: Love the creativity of this shot. The composition with the red curb and white lines leading right into the focal point is good too. Was this planned or did you stumble upon this one? Nicely done. |

My Downtownby Shan2112Comment: This one made me stop and pause... it looks so familiar. Ahh, yes. The Parker Inn and Proctors Theater. Schenectady, NY! A very nice capture of the city. Good to see a smaller city well represented in this challenge! (And nice to see soemthing familiar too). Good luck! |

Walking with Grandpa by bobdaveantComment: A wonderfully captured moment. There are so many things I like about this shot. The way they're all carrying the same bag, the way his hand is gently telling them to stop, the questioning look that the one boy has, and the way they're lined up tallest to shortest. One of my favorite shots of the challenge. Well done! |

New Year Nightby balarilaComment: The lights are a tad bright at spots for me, but I love the variety of shades you've captured in the sky... along with a full moon no less! Well done! |

Ice reflectionby gisliComment: A beautiful shot with warm tones, despite the title. The one building is a bit too bright for me, but overall it's a fantastic shot. Well done! |

city on celebrationby DocendoDiscimusComment: Looks almost like a triptych shot. Love how you've captured full bursts of the fireworks at all three spots. Nicely done.. one of my favorites from the challenge. |

Nightime Travelsby pidgeComment: Not sure if I like the starry lights or not for this shot... seems there are too many of them that they become overwhelming perhaps. Either way, this is still one of my favorite shots from the challenge. Very well done! |
