Oh Impressive use of text in a picture, So much is conveyed in this one. It makes me think not only is the nurse dumb because she wrote it and the ones for the eyes have to be taken last... but the picture is in black and white! I don't know which pills are what colors! Poor Bettie :( Great picture, well done, fits the challenge perfectly.

That glare is great! Whatever that cable is on the right side of the picture is distracting, maybe a closer crop of the buliding would have done better for this shot. I think I would have liked to see the building much closer to the right side of the picture, with more sky to the left.
