It's not a comment on your skills as a photographer, this is a well taken photo. Tto me the pose is highly inappropriate for a child. This is very clearly imitative of adult fashion, even soft porn, shoots. A 20 year old posed in the same way, wearing suspenders with no shirt, with the same expression, would be considered a sexy shot. The expression is just not natural for a child, the effect is quite disconcerting.

Her red cheeks and the circle of white around the eyes give the face almost a mask like quality. The stark white of the shirt takes attention away from the face, which should be primary. the lightly clenched fist is interesting too.

I would have used a long-ways shot here, to show more of the chain and not cut off the top. Also, this would fill the picture more and leave out more of the blank wall.
