The graininess of the portrait is offset by the smoothness of the glasses and the reflections within the lenses which is really effective. I like this .. its an interesting image.

I love this and would hope it does well. I fear thought that it may lose out marks to other shots with greater processing. It also seems a little small bearing in mind there was a 720 pixel allowance on this challenge. All that aside it is a great scenic shot, where perhaps the composition would have been improved if the tree had been a little more to the left.
