Beautifully done, I love the depth of field and the clarity of the glass. But, as I'm sure I won't be the only one to comment, although I appreciate it's a fruit juice or wine, that is a product of a fruit rather than a fruit itself.

It's a shame about the reddish branch in the background. If this was cloned out it would help keep the focus of attention on the leaf, where the lighting is superb.

I get the feeling that you didn't really understand what the challenge was about? This doesn't qualify at all as a postcard. Have a look at the other entries and you will see this immediately.

Looking at the image away from the challenge criteria, sadly it is rather blurred, the background is distracting (try a wider aperture to blur your backgrounds more) and the central composition is rather dull.
