Definitely an odd couple, but sadly the image is too indistinct and lacks interest. Perhaps a better interpretation might have been just a bottle of water and a bottle of oil?

Great interpretation of the theme, wonderful colour and composition - neat use of the title. Mind you, I've never seen a tulip with sharp edges like that before - is it natural or manually/digitally created? Definitely one of my two top favs in this challenge.

This is a good shot; good colour, light and dof - but try as I might, I cannot get the connection to Odd Couple? There doesn't seem to be an odd couple at all, unless you count the two blue or two green sweets, neither of which are the main focus of the image. Perhaps the connection is too subtle, or geographically/culturally limited?

Brown ribbon contender I'm afraid. I can't see any connection to the challenge theme (oh, no - perhaps sloth - slothful people don't wash up it's true). Seems over sharpened too and a very uninteresting subject and angle.
