The Largest Integer is Evenby ReubenComment: Needs something in the frame to grab interest. I assume you were looking at the interlinking curves in the fence as being consistent with the subject of the challenge. Tighter framing (maybe a macro?) may have worked better. |

valleyby bobgaitherComment: Looks like a very pretty setting. I assume the lack of sharpness in the distance is due to atmospheric haze. If you did not use one, you may want to consider a filter which sometimes can negates the impact of these atmospheric distortions. What would you think of including a little more of the tree in the upper left? These wide angle landscapes often benefit from foreground interest like you have done with the pine trees in the middle of the frame, which are a little distant to grab the eye. Keep it up, I think you are on to the right track here. |

Magical Curvesby David EyComment: I like the concept. It looks like a difficult shot to get perfect. How did you light it? Was there any way to avoid the strong reflections on the lower curve? Did you try playing around with the plan view angle of the lower curve so that it was not reflecing almost directly at the lens? I would have rated it even higher than I did if not for this small detail of the reflection. Keep up the good work! |

Eleven by connieComment: Sometimes simple is better. Good job. I gave it a 10. |

Treble Clefby GordonComment: Pretty creative. I assume this is a plan view of a couple of glasses? I like the way you placed them together to create something greater than the sum of the parts. |

CURVES OF STEELby cinneryComment: Good job. You were true to the title of the competition. This photo matches the definition of photography as art for me. |

Lady Slipperby cthenkComment: Nice photo. Would have liked to have seen you avoid the blown highlights and the unnatractive background. The lower left petal is close to perfect in exposure in my opinion. I scored it high. |
