Calmby JustinMComment: to get rid of halos in photoshop you can use the clone tool in darken mode so it will only effect the sky and not the branches. use a largeish brush at a low opacity and you can get a really good result very quickly. of course you could also clone it onto a new layer so its non destructive as well...

The Spider and the Flyby Blue MoonComment: There's a bit of an issue with jpeg compression - the background has strange blobs of colour.
And really it looks like the spider is dead, just hanging from one leg... |
