I did not vote on this one either, but would most likely have given it another 6, very nicely done, there is a VERY SLIGHT halo effect I see on this monitior around her "skirt" and the hair ribbon is a very slight distraction to me, because it is SO white also. Not a great fan of selective desat, but this is really one of the best I have seen! Think you did well with it, and not much to improve on, IMO!!

Only nine votes below 4, overall, people liked this photo, but only 11 votes over 7, says not many LOVED it. When I look at it, does not convey a bright, happy yellow, more a thoughtful, reflective hue. Not a bad thing at all, but may be why the main population (including me) said, good shot, but...........! Hope I am getting my elusive point across here, I think a LITTLE bit brighter may have made a world of difference, but, as always, that is MY OPINION!

Well, my worthy opponent beat me here, first thing I thought was "Wish the dominant yellow line was on the thirds", honestly! Also may TRY, not sure if it would help or not, is the crop out from the right side enough so that white guard rail is gone. May help a LITTLE.

Most has been said and said well by others, overall nice image and good idea, nicely captured. The only thing I would add for ME, wish the background was not quite so harsh white, too much for these old eyse! LOL Tilt is also not my favorite, but to each his own, as someone said before me! LOL

My opinion, I like the position but would try cropping off some of the empty space on left side of pic, leaving that beautiful smile closer to 1/3 from right side. Otherwise, nicely done and underappreciated!

My opinion, the yellow is too orange in tint for some (know that different monitors see differently) and the upper left of the goblet dissappears, blending right in with the background, losing all definition, so for me that would detract from scoring well.

Nicely captured, lost a little bit of tail, but not that bad. I wonder why they are hard to see against a tree trunk??? LOL Feathers look so much like bark it is incredible. ONLY thing that may help (and this is just my opinion), is to darken the background and/or lighten the owl, think this would really "pop" if that could be done!!

I am honestly trying to say what I see that may help, at least IMO, and I do like this, would have probably voted it a 6, but did not get to this one. First thing it does appear a LITTLE soft, not quite sharp enough, otherwise, anything else (as in maybe bright red fingernail polish??), is personal taste. Well done shot overall, under rated by voters, not a big surprise to me!! LOL
