Very nice grain effect but find the tilt doesn't work here. Uncertain about the high contrast as well.

I think this is a great fun shot well-captured. Perhaps could have been better in composition or other details to improve the art form of photography but sometime, the situation may not permit it. The important thing is that you caught the mood of the group and that is the essence of this photo.
