Placement of the hand seems a bit careless and nonchalant. Now, if it had been gripping the stirring wheel on the bottom left, it might have conveyed a stronger message coherent to the way the image is slightly tilted giving a perspective of movement on the rainy winding road.

I had my honeymoon around Lago Maggiore (assume there's only one and it's in North Italy). Loved the region. Appreciate the sentiment you're trying to evoke with this image. Is a bit too dark even for a silhouette at dusk shot altho' the composition's ok. Don't know if it's right to say more contrast might be better. Just doesn't seem sharp overall.
