Tastefulby fotodudeComment: I like the idea and the background. The cat disappearing completely into the black is a little disconcerting, but I'd have to see it the other way to know if it was better. 8. |

Joyby whiteroomComment: I love his eyes and the contrast of his skin tone with the ice cream (which is, unfortunately, a little blown on highlights). I would have either wiped the smudges off his nose or gone even more with them, the intent is not clear with this amount. I'm giving you an 7. (PS, is that a hot pixel in the upper right? I'm not holding it against you though...) |

Delicatessenby RedOakComment: The best still life in my opinion. The wine and grapes in the background are a little OOF. It probably could have worked except OOF words are distracting to me. Still, an 8. |

Chocolate Kissby StrikeslipComment: OK, you are getting at least an 8 for effort. The glare on the chocolate is a bit distracting and makes it look OOF. Your lips make the picture look oversaturated too, but your eyes make this picture quite arresting. (I'm assuming this is a self-portrait because I don't know who else would let you do this to them...) |

Chocolate Milkby cools98Comment: Looking for 3 things in a "milk splash" picture...1) Is the object in focus? (mostly) 2) is the splash well frozen (yes, but not all in focus) and 3) Is the splash well defined against the background (yes, except for the front edge). 6. |

Milk explosionby janskuComment: Looking for 3 things in a "milk splash" picture...1) Is the object in focus? (we can't see it here). 2) is the splash well frozen (yes, but not all in focus), and 3) is the splash defined against the background (yes). The lack of focus, which is probably a limitation of the equipment you had available (not enough lighting) is too bad and keeps this from getting too high a score. Still, I'll give it a 7. |

Milk Moneyby CutterComment: Wild. The milk is well frozen in space. That space around the penny is amazing. It actually is so amazing it makes the picture look "fake" (which I'm assuming it isn't). The rest of the picture is somewhat bland, but I give you big props for the capture. 9. |

Looking to get back in. by graphicfunkComment: Yes! I am looking at all the "milk splash" pictures at once and this, in my opinion, is the best. That glob is so amazing I'm not quite sure what I'm even seeing. The splash is well frozen and everything is in focus. I would pick this as a ribbon winner. 10. |

Morning Swimby dw_photoComment: Looking for 3 things in a "milk splash" picture...1) Is the object in focus? (mostly) 2) is the splash well frozen (yes) and 3) is the splash well defined against the background (not well enough). Good attempt though. |
