moodswingby ErinMComment: this is probably a very emotive photo for you, reading your info about it. this photo tells a story. ofcourse, I couldn't make out of it the exact story, but there is something in it, and I think that makes this photo pretty strong.
did you try B&W? I think that'll suit the story even more, don't know why. |

Watch Your Feetby faidoiComment: oh this looks so sweet! b/w & DoF are perfect here, and the way she looks a bit insecure to her feet.. love it! |

Riding Highby jdannelsComment: looks like there's a slight vague thing on your photo. adjusting levels would do good I suppose.
very nice moment captured, I like the way she's in the middle of the photo. |

Unsoundby Canadian_ehComment: heey this gives me a de-ja-vu (check my profile page "Twisted")
I love the black negative space around you, this adds a bit to the creepy-and weirdness. details must be stunning on the original. maybe use a bit of USM to get them back on this size? |

Mason Robert Daleby bs-photosComment: aah very cute!
If you are in another opportunity to photograph him, you might wanna change the PoV a bit, so we can see his face a bit more. or maybe play a bit with DoF, that could be nice too.
overall a very nice baby-portrait, with sweet baby-colors :D |

High Tension Linesby doctornickComment: I think adding a bit more contrast would do this photo good. Like the horizontal lines of the cityscape, vs th evertical line of the lightning.
overall a good job, I've never been able to capture lightning! |

A moment in timeby KelliComment: aah this is so sweet!
love the sea at the top of the photo, using the rules of thirds, and compo overall. children can be so concentrated! I just love children on the beach.
Nice job! |

10 with the future ahead of herby joynimComment: I always like portraits with this point of view. focus and DoF is good.
maybe center her a bit to make it more symmetric, but I'm not sure if that's what you like? a small crop on the right would do good for this photo I think.
when doding/burning eyes you might keep it the same level, her left eye is a bit darker then the other one. |
