The Explorersby bdennyComment: Ooh, second photo of kayaks in a row. I like this one better though, with a more interesting viewpoint, and some scenery. |

Penny Anteby mcmurmaComment: Something really wierd going on there with the DOF. A tilt shift lens maybe? The DOF is too shallow to work though. The centre coins are all out of focus, while the front and back ones just make it slightly in focus, which messes with my head. There's also nothing else in the shot, so why not just use a closed aperture, and have them all in proper focus? |

seven petalsby guillermo21Comment: Might be nicer if the main light were on the front of the flower, instead of behind. |

One a dayby littlegettComment: Shallow DOF is maybe a little too shallow. I like the colours though. |

Sunny Sevenby Trumpeteer4Comment: Nice simple setup. Might be better from a higher viewpoint, so you can see more flower centres. I love the bg colours. |

Rosesby jjusaComment: Nice setup. Someone might comment about the hair across her face, but I think it works ok in this casual setup. Is the white balance a little off? Also, the focus point seems to be her shoulder, where it would be better on her eye and the roses. Overall, a nice shot. |

7 Step Program to Losing Your Mindby meyersComment: Nice colours, but the lighting is a little flat. To get more lighting variation on such a small subect, you could trying small lights very close to the subject. e.g. a torch, or use something else out of the shot to make some interesting shadows. |
