Well the colors in this photo are awesome I like the way the pedals really stand out on the blue background. It is a great sharp image with just enough depth of field. The crop on it works very well the only thing that might help me is if the photo was rotated just a hair CCW. the leaves do a great job leading your eye into the flowers as well. I am guessing this is a potted plant that you shoot on a paper background, but you did a great job giving it a outside feel. One thing I think that would really help to give this a new fresh feel is if you would have used a spray bottle to just mist the flowers a little giving it the morning dew appearance.

Great job with this photo, nothing to creative, but a technically sound photo.

Great job on this photo when I saw it I really liked it I am surprised you didn't do better. I really like the tight crop and good use of the rule of thirds. I think you did a great job with the Black and white here. Congrats on the first challenge hope to see more of you around here you did fairly well for a first entire.
