The rainbows are pretty, but the absolute lack of anything in focus on the subject forces the eye to graduate to the floor (which is not terribly interestting)

Feel like you used a really high ISO film (like 800 or 1600) needlessly. There's a lot of graininess. Overall, it's a decent pic, but needs some USM and some cropping (distracting person's butt and yellow tape)

Hope the voters don't go too hard on you (lots of fireworks photos in this challenge). I think this photo needs some USM (or better focus). I like the empty space on the top.
