The tag on the shovel...distracting for the image. If the shovel were to be reversed (perhaps the photo shot from the tagless side) it would've made a difference in the image.

I feel like I'm peering into eyes. A little disconcerting. Not bad, but offputting. Perhaps angling the camera so the holes would've been more diagonal would've been favorable

The exposed plumbing, the caulk gun, the strange position all distract from a compelling look on your models face and pretty good post image editing. Perhaps cropping the distracting elements and less of the distorted pose would've scored this higher.

The background seems unnaturally grainy in comparison with the subject. The clematis blossom itself is captured beautifully.
