For a moment (before the full image popped up and all I could see were boy & girl dolls' naked upper torsoes) I thought this was going to be naked humping dolls.

The outline of the gun is lost on the lower right hand 1/3 of the pic. I would've scored this a 9 except for that. *7*

Sign is cropped partly, modern day autos in the picture. I would've scored higher (as the sky is extremely interesting in this pic and the metering looks good) but those two issues dropped the score.

I preferred your shot to the blue winner. The jewels on the blue winner looked more bauble than glamour. Tiffany, on the other hand...timeless, affluent.

A couple of things (echoing the comment below):

1) tighter crop, get rid of some of the sky in the corner
2) once you learn it in post processing, a little blurring of the background on the right hand side, I find my eye looking to the right of the angel.

Otherwise very nice.
