A monitor rotated in darkness? The idea is somewhat interesting, but the view is fuzzy, and the angle, rather than adding drama, just seems to be confusing.

Too hard to find the subject of the image. Nothing draws the eye to it, and the bright lines draw the eye away.

Minimal Right to Freedom

This scene doesn't meet the classical definition of minimalism, but it does meet the contest definition, so no points deducted for that. I like this scene a lot, as it's the only one so far that makes a statement, though there are a number of ways to interpret having the people that should be the recipient of freedom out of focus, but the word for freedom highlighted.

A very interesting composition and subject, marred by the massive white flares at the center that distract and hurt the eyes. The background color is nice.

Lots of harsh white hurts the eyes. I like the colors, though (the hint of green of the stalk adds a nice touch), and the composition of a full shadow with a quarter flower.
