where there is darkness, there is lightby snuggles0089Comment: This would be a really wonderful picture, but it looks so fuzzy. I think your camera might have focused on something put in the shadows- I would have focused more on the candles and accented the subject of your title. |

Childhood Chiaroscuroby markmulkerinComment: Great capture of vibrant colors and I love the glow caught by the arm. I know it wasn't allowed by the Basic Rules, but it might have benifitted from burning or cloning out the blue clothing. |

Also it doesn't really look dead or almost dead, but to the contrary looks very lively and beautiful. Great capture of a dandelion, though- I like how the stem fades into the black. |

view from.... by nordicComment: I wanted so much to get a shot like this- even before the framing challenge, yet the only similar one I've found so far was looking toward a grocery store. I guess I need to go farther, yes?? Lol Excellent shot!! I love it! |

holy cowsby whiteroomComment: I love these cows! We used to have them next door and they were so sweet, but then they replaced them with longhorns and they aren't very friendly. Awesome picture, I love the dust and expression of the cows- perhaps too much contrast or light exposure on the top, though. |
