Pardon my presumption but have you ever tried shooting one from underneath to capture it's flower with the light streaming through in the background? It's easier on a hillside and makes for a lovely shot.

Beautiful image! Would encourage you to play a little more with the brightness/contrast and saturation along with a little judicious use of the sharpness tool. Too, it appears ever so slightly skewed. With a little more work could be a great image . . . or so I think.
