Yucky sky day. I'd hate to say don't shoot on those days, but its rare when of the pictures comes out. Especially in color. You can occastionally salvage a black and white or sepia.

Great colors. Just the slightest bit hot though. I think I might've got a little less mountain or hill and a little more sky. THe hill is not adding much drama to this photo as I think the sky would.

This totally reminds me of the Wizard of Oz. Great capture of the clouds and talk about a photo with mood. This one is great. I would actually prefer to see this zoomed in just a little bigger. I would chop a little off the right side and nix the border... You can barely see it anyway. Great job not withstanding. 9

I would've changed the toning to a definite sepia on this one. You're most of the way there now. I'd change the frame a little to by cropping some on the right side and a little of the bottom.

Hot hot hot. Maybe the weather, but the picture is overall too exposed. Needs to be less bright and that would yield better colors and better definition of the textures in the sand.

The placement of the boat in the frame seems too high up. I like where it is in regard to left or right placement.

This is a great subject, but its a little too straightforward for my tastes. I'd like to see it at a little bit of an alternative perspective. I think the biggest thing is is that it is taken from too close of a proximity. step back a little and find something that has some interest besides the water. Good thought, just a little bit plain for me.

Good framing, awesome color. I like this photo a lot for this challenge. It really concentrates on one of the four elements and doesn't try to cram 2 down my throat. Great sharp silhouettes and a good theme and mood 9
