Thorkellby Gislij20Comment: looks like your going for a Richard Avedon feel here, with the clean background and the almost stern expression, which I love! I would push in closer, cropping closer to the waist, which would emphasize the subjects expression. Also in this kind of image i find the color distracting, I would really "Avedon" it out and go black and white! Overall very good image! |

Kings Died, Kingdoms Fellby pixelpigComment: even though its a little OOF, I really like the feel in this picture, between the soft focus and the overexposure, this image gets a very dreamlike feel. Very nicely done! |

Bear_Musicby whiterookComment: the DP member is out of focus. overall the composition is okay, nice background, though for this type of portrait I would use portrait orientation and push in closer to the subject to crop out some background. or pull back and shoot full body. leaving it cropped at the waist is awkward |

Spitting Imageby raishComment: out of focus is distracting to the image, and I think the border doesn't really do anything for the image |

Blueberry Massacreby PatriciahComment: in a photo titled "Blueberry Massacre" I would hope to see some color. With out the title this image is very hard to read |

Biggieby pcarpiComment: while a very nice candid picture, I don't see how it fits with the challenge |

Frostyby vtruanComment: I like the image, good composition, nice subject, but everything is out of focus. If you are going to use a very short depth of field you should more carefully select what is going to be in focus. |
