I was not expecting this when it popped up, but I really like it. It is not another pretty face. 8

looks over retouched, but the lines on the forehead really stand out since the rest of the skin looks fake. The key to retouching is that it should be subtle. This is not. I don't love the facial expression either, but I do recognize that the quality of the photo is lovely and the framing is wonderful. I wish people would not go so overboard with the clone and bandaid tool. If it was not done in photoshop was it neat image? Anyhow next time ease up a bit, people don't have perfect skin. 6

I don't know that I would call this a portrait. I am all for non traditional portraits, but I think it goes beyond to photojournalism.

I would have liked it better without the wings. I just think wings have been overdone in general. I do have to say that at least your wings don't have that really fake wal-mart look. I think the face is a little over retouched but I know that dspers tend to like that. Anyhow, I love the make up the frame and the facial expression. Overall good job, I am very critical when it comes to kids since I photograph them for a living. I hope you do well. 8

I am assuming that this is the photo that started the whole nudity thead. You know what, I did not know what this was at 11 and if the persons who kid say this does then they have bigger issues then complaining to you about the photo. I love fine art nudes and not one person can say what is art and what is not cause it is different for everyone. Keep doing what you are doing and don't worry about the people who get offended. If they don't like it then they can choose not to be apart of the site.
As far as the photo goes, I think your light could have been more exciting, it is a little to straight on for my tastes. I like dramitic light!
