Your "karsh" light is to hot. Bring it down a few stops. I like about a one stop different or sometimes less. There is something to be said for having a really subtle side light. Also it usually works better if it does not hit the nose. I love everything else about the photo 8

This is almost scary. I am not a fan of selective color, but can appreciate it if it is done well. Her eyes are way to saturated. You should had desaturated a little instead of going the other way. It should be reall soft not scary. The rest of the portrait is pretty but I have a hard time seeing anything else but those eyes.

her eyes are very captivating, but her arm looks huge and it is almost all I see. Try cropping into that arm so it is not so much of a distraction.

seems muddy to me. I know you have that white backdrop and there are some blacks in there, but the face needs to be lighter and you just have so much grey in the photo I would have liked a little more contrast. The portait itself is very good.
