BAH! ... This should have scored higher. I cannot believe you only got 11 9's for this image.

I like the angle of this photo, really does make you wonder what he is thinking about.... could it be a ... ribbon??? Nice job. Great photo!

Great detail capture, the prominence of the ear spoils the composition for me just a bit; 6.

Nice angle ... excellent light ... MAN ... so many shots here better than my entry in this challenge. I think that cropping off the top almost halfway through the ear (highest point on the hairline) would make it even more dynamic by grabbing me by the throat and making me focus on the subject's left eye and make this image a 10 for me. - 9

I don't like the light on the nose where it's burnt out nor on the chin. Skipping the second light would have been much better in my opinion.

Nice composition, great expression. Backlight is slightly over the top, but not disturbing. (8)

Your "karsh" light is to hot. Bring it down a few stops. I like about a one stop different or sometimes less. There is something to be said for having a really subtle side light. Also it usually works better if it does not hit the nose. I love everything else about the photo 8

Ear sticks out too much and distract the attention

The light on his left cheek (pictures right) bothers me. It just doesn't look right. - besides that I think it's good.
