The features of face are more defined in the thumbnail than the orignal.

I wonder if a photo of the whole statue or more of the face at a wider angle with less intimate detail of the stone effect would be better.

The DOF is very pleasant and helps with the defintion of the face.

Comment:
The colour of the leaves to the "not so negative" space of the water contrasts really well.
And then the negative space of the water but the "not-negative" space of the reflection of the water keeps me really involved in the images

The table, chairs and the ground should be the focal point, it looks like the tree is the focal point of the image, that's my 2 cents
