Second Familyby madison461Comment: There's a lot of warmth in this photo. It looks like the sharpness in on the woman's pink sleeve rather than the faces, but I am moved by the composition. It makes me wonder what they're discussing. |

Grand Ma Maby Prof_FateComment: Beautiful! Good black and white treatment. Only niggles are that the face could have a bit more light. I love the graduated background and the light in her left eye. |

Holding handsby bellablueComment: The color and depth are nice, as is the idea. Might be nice (although granted, not nearly as natural) with a little cloning to manicure the nails. Your entry has a warm feeling that meets the challenge topic perfectly. |

StormyWeathersby ZoomdakComment: The grain, the dullness in contrast, the angle - it's the definition of the beach in Oregon at night. I can feel the dreariness and damp cold. This was probably the most creative shot in this challenge, in my opinion. Nice work. |

puzzledby nlghttrainComment: Congratulations on your highest score yet and thanks for choosing my username for the challenge! I agree with one of the commenters below that the puzzle pieces look like they're floating (not 2D), thanks to the background. It's really nice. WTG! |

A Father's Loveby AutumnCatComment: Ha! This is so filled with warmth. Their laughter is coming right out of your beautiful image into the room where I'm viewing it. Great job and thanks for the smile! |

Tired_010428_web.jpgby elee3009Comment: I just have to comment on pekesty's comment below. I agree that it's a great shot, but I disagree with the right side crop suggestion. I think it would be more intimate with some of the space above her head cropped out, but the little daisy clump on the right really make this photo for me.
For what it's worth :-) |
