More than meets the eye...by HBunchComment: I'm guessing this is a photo of an eye coz it looks strangely flat and yet not... because of that I find myself staring at it in a way I wouldn't necessarily do if it were a straight shot... it just makes it more interesting. Of course, if it is a real eye, I am talking out of my you know what, but then am left wondering about the angles! 6, Kavey |

Tauriby ClubJuggleComment: I don't have a comment about the composition or colour or anything, but I do like this more than I usually like shots of cars. 7, Kavey |

The Force Be With Youby karmatComment: I feel a desperate need to crop and rotate this... I even saved as just to satisfy the urge in photoshop, but mindful of copyright and invasion of privacy I have now deleted it completely from my PC. Lovely subject matter and I love that you have him facing the school rather than you. I find the image overall too dark. 6, Kavey |

New bales of hayby jonrComment: Nice reflections. Would be interested to see outtakes if you took others of this subject. I find the round field intruding at the back right a distraction, wonder if it would have been possible to get similar shot looking at slightly different part of field, and losing that bit? Or maybe close in on just one group of bales? Just thinking out loud here... 5, Kavey |

6 Daysby amonteforteComment: That is one satisfied expression on baby's face and a tired and happy one on mum. Baby clothes seem a bit too harshly white. 7, Kavey |

wish listby queen 91Comment: This is probably a stupid question but why is this shot at night? Interesting though. 5, Kavey |

A new dayby skylineComment: Love the sky and clouds but I think the silhouettes here are ugly. They don't add to the stunning sky at all. I'd either crop out the lower part completely or look for a tree or something more striking to use as the foreground silhouette. I'd have scored 7 for the same shot cropped to lose all the buildings. 5, Kavey |

Morning Harvestby puppet10Comment: I think the sunlight through the windows is fantastic - really makes me think of autumn and the changing seasons. The basket says new harvest to me very much - put it this way, harvest popped into my head as soon as I saw it, and I didn't even think to look at the title, till just now writing this comment. But the shadows on the veg are too strong and the corn/ marrow thing is just tooo dark. I would score 7 for the same photo with better lighting on the veg. 5, Kavey |

Brand New Dayby marvinmartian79Comment: Cool! Because it's a little dark at the bottom of the frame, some of the silhouette isn't as clearly defined as I'd like. I wonder what it would have been like shot from a lower vantage point? I know the silhouette would then have been larger within the whole frame, which might be what you were trying to avoid. It does feel like a celebration of dawn. 6, Kavey |
