My New Neighborhoodby GuillermoComment: Nice idea. I'd like a closer crop and maybe rearrangement of the extra hands so that pretty much the whole background was flesh rather than the blue cloth. Kavey |

George Lucas returns to his rootsby cq107Comment: Nice representation of childhood. Objects in foregound lit OK but further back feels too dark. Composition a bit jumbled. Also a bit of a gap in the foreground at left, looks empty sort of... Kavey |

The doors really *aren't* welded shut...by cdcComment: Nice colours. To me (purely personal) this says more about teenage boys and men than it does about childhood (I tend to see childhood as that time when we are young kids, before we hit the teenage years, where we like to consider ourselves as "young adults"). What we did! How about you?by freetimeComment: No clear point of focus, but a pretty scene. The title states "What we did..." but I am not sure what you are doing? Fishing possibly, or about to go swimming or something else. Not sure. Kavey |

Matchbox Scale 1:1by GlasMenagerieComment: Nice colours and the way the Tshirts match the car is interesting. Gumballsby malapropamComment: Love the idea but the blue tinge isn't appealing to me, though I appreciate it may be deliberate. Reminds me of the bit in Toy Story (1) where the aliens are in the plastic thingy and the kid puts some money in and they all chant and the one who gets picked is saying "I have been chosen, the claw is my master, Oooooooooooh". :) 5, Kavey |

A Childish Fear of the Darkby MelGrahmComment: This is great though not sure I like the inclusion of the cuddly there, it detracts from the scarey message, or maybe that's the idea. I like the shadowy hands on the wall. 6, Kavey |
